Orders - All orders are processed within 1-2 days during normal business hours. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you :)


Pickup Orders - Pickup orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with instructions when your order is ready for pickup.  We offer after-hours pickups upon request. Please email us with your order number and a time you'd like to pick up. We will give you instructions on how to pick up your order. 

Shipping - We proudly offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders in the U.S. over $50. We ship all orders eligible for free shipping via USPS Ground Advantage (previously known as USPS First Class Mail). This shipping method does not include insurance. You can add insurance to your order at checkout, see more info on insurance below.

Shipping Insurance - We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect your package in transit, and to cover losses due to theft or damages. You can insure your package in the event of damage or loss. Select from the following at checkout:

"Free Shipping - WITH INSURANCE" -  $4.00 - This is ONLY for orders eligible for Free Shipping. Adding this means we cover your shipping costs and you cover the insurance cost.

USPS Priority Mail shipping - $8.00 - Includes Insurance

UPS Ground Shipping - $8.00 - Includes Insurance

If your package has not been delivered and your tracking has not updated after 14 days of being shipped, contact us and we will do our best to help.

Shipping Outside of the U.S. - We do not ship outside of the U.S. at this time.


Lost Packages/ Shipping Damages - If your items are lost or damaged during shipping, contact us immediately upon receipt. Provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging, and any relevant information necessary for us to address the issue with our shipping partners and to explore any possible resolutions.

Quality Assurance - We meticulously inspect each item to ensure its authenticity and condition are accurately represented in its listing. We strive to be transparent about the history and state of our pieces, including any signs of wear or imperfections, as these are inherent in vintage items and contribute to their story.​

We take pride in offering an exquisite collection of pre-owned vintage pieces, each with its unique history and charm. Due to the unique nature of our offerings, we have a strict return policy.

Returns Accepted - All items purchased at full price are eligible for return within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, in the original condition, and undamaged. We will not accept your return if your items show any signs of wear or damage. All returns are for store credit only. This works just like a gift card and never expires. Contact us to start a return.


Returns Not Accepted:  We do not accept returns or exchanges on items purchased at a discounted rate, which includes sale items and any items purchased with a discount code. Before placing your order, we encourage you to thoroughly review the item description, condition report, and photographs. We are dedicated to providing detailed and accurate information about every piece, ensuring you make an informed decision.

Cancellations - All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We understand you may change your mind and wish to cancel your order, and we accept order cancellations within one hour of purchase. Contact us via email to request an order cancellation, include your name and order number in the email. We will respond to your email as soon as possible. Rest assured, if you do not hear back from us within the hour we will refer to the time stamp of your email and the time your order was placed and resolve the issue accordingly.
